The Odyssey - Homer's Epic Live on Stage

This big stage production follows Odysseus the great warrior king as he wanders lost for ten years, struggling desperately to get home after winning the Trojan War. The Odyssey is a pillar of Western Literature and BOXTALES brings its trademark theatrical style to this production of The Odyssey which features virtuosic storytelling, moving dramatic scene work, death defying physical movement, circus arts, acrobatics, enchanting masks, exhilarating live music, beautiful set design, innovative lightscape and gorgeous costumes.

This show marks BOXTALES 12th year, and with an expanded cast is the first fully staged production built for theatre audiences. The Odyssey is a full length adult production also appropriate for middle and high school students.
